Nate Smith-Grasse

Art Director

Nate lives by a simple motto: if you’re going to make it big, make it as big as possible. He strives to incorporate the philosophy not only when he is creating bold full bleed photos, but also while he is contemplating new creative directions.

As an Art Director, Nate excels at coordinating brand development projects, marketing campaigns and ensuring staff understands the intricate mechanics of motion design. Previously, he worked at Mintel, a Chicago market research agency. There, he designed data graphics and polished his presentation skills. Nate also worked in India for Freeset, a social enterprise focused on fighting human trafficking in Kolkata. Returning to the United States, he worked as an in-house designer for The Advisory Board Company, designing everything from brochures, to floor rugs, to motion graphics.

Nate graduated with a BFA from Clarke University. He is also a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts.

Little-known fact: Nate’s a twin. No, not identical.
