Throughout her career, Bella has steadily honed in on how thoughtful design can better serve communities and tell stories.
As Adfero’s art director, Bella leads the team of designers to build visually engaging and results-driven campaigns. She leans on trends and insights to guide her creative strategy and collaborates across industry practices and functional teams to pressure-test the creative outputs, ensuring they achieve their goals.
Before joining Adfero, Bella spent six years as the Marketing Director at Kerning Cultures Network, building one of the first podcast networks in the Middle East and North Africa region. She oversaw visual branding and marketing efforts for over 15 chart-topping podcasts. Bella also spent five years at Digitas, art directing award-winning campaigns for brands like Pepsi, American Express and Charity: Water.
Bella graduated from Pratt Institute with a BFA in Communications Design.
Little-known fact: Bella loves to attend concerts and is constantly on the lookout for throwback artists on tour.
