Carter Mitchell

Carter solves problems. Combining her analytical thinking skills and self-starter mentality, she sees challenges as opportunities.

She brings her experience in digital marketing and campaign communications to her role as a senior account executive. She develops messaging and media relations strategy for Adfero’s public affairs practice and energy accounts.  

Prior to joining the team, Carter was a client strategist at Targeted Victory where she managed six Congressional campaigns. Carter graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a degree in Political Science.

Little-known fact: Carter enjoys unique athletics. You may find her rollerblading around the DMV, playing in a Pickleball league or downhill-ski racing (which she’s done for 15 years).
