Chelsea Spring

Chelsea is a messaging nerd at heart. With a background in writing and a master’s degree in rhetorical theory, Chelsea is always ready to deep-dive into audience sentiment, outreach strategies and generating ideas that move people. 

As a senior account supervisor for Adfero’s Energy and Sustainability practice, Chelsea works with teams to guide strategy, oversee projects and draw on her experience in strategic planning, message development and media relations to bring clients’ visions to life. 

Previously, Chelsea served as a Senior Account Supervisor at Hager Sharp, supporting clients in education and economic development. Prior to that, Chelsea worked as a Staff Strategist for C2 Communications, where she worked with clients in transportation and infrastructure, healthcare and sustainable energy. 

Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Rhetorical Advocacy from Purdue University (Boiler Up!), and a Master of Arts in Communications and Rhetorical Studies from Syracuse University. 

Little-known fact: When she’s not busy baking, Chelsea can often be found in her kitchen, stirring up her latest batch of seasonal syrups in an effort to achieve the perfect iced latte.
