Christine Rex
Christine’s a sucker for a good story, which first led her to pursue a career in journalism; but an unexpected opportunity as a Press Secretary on Capitol Hill shifted her focus to policy communications and revealed just how powerful stories can be in shaping public opinion and driving action.
Since then, Christine has worked across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, helping clients break through the noise and connect with the audiences who matter most. She brings a strategic lens and a knack for message development that resonates with stakeholders and decision-makers alike.
As a senior account supervisor in Adfero’s Energy and Agriculture practice, Christine thrives at the intersection of strategy and storytelling. She excels at identifying audiences, refining narratives, and uncovering new angles to tackle complex communications challenges.
Christine holds a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Kansas and a Master’s in Communication Management from the University of Southern California.
Little-known fact: Christine once gifted her two-year-old son a 25¢ goldfish. Named “Fishie” by his owner, the goldfish surprised everyone by celebrating his 8th birthday this spring, still going strong. Fishie, Christine, her son, and their French bulldog all enjoy life by the water in Annapolis.
