Erlinda is an esteemed technology and regulatory policy expert with over 20 years of experience in international, federal, and state government affairs. She has advised various organizations, including Accenture, the U.S. Army, tech start-ups, and alcohol beverage companies.

Formerly a senior legislative director at the National Conference of State Legislatures, she has become a leading authority in emerging technology policy including artificial intelligence and blockchain. Erlinda has also become a powerful voice within the adult beverage industry, having previously served as the Director of Communications and Education at the Mezcal Institute.

An engaging and effective communicator, Erlinda has appeared on News Nation, CNN, NPR, the Associated Press, and been featured in print media on issues ranging from emerging technology, the economics of the alcohol beverage industry, and alcohol health policy.

Erlinda is also a sommelier and wine/spirits educator who was recently designated the Global Ambassador for Mezcal from the Consejo Mexicano Regulador de la Calidad del Mezcal (COMERCAM). She received her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and a Master's in Public Policy from Georgetown University.
