Mia McKee

Mia has called many places home. Although she has spent most of her life in Virginia, Mia has lived in California, Mississippi and Tennessee, and studied in Alabama and Italy. From her time crossing state lines, she learned to adapt to different environments and embrace the value of making meaningful connections.

Mia brings this eagerness to learn and passion for connection to her role as an account executive. She works with public affairs and health clients to create powerful advertising content and craft unique communications solutions. Before joining Adfero, Mia was a public relations intern at REED PR in Nashville, Tennessee, where she honed her skills in written content creation, media monitoring and research. Before that, Mia was a digital marketing intern at Relevance Advisors in Atlanta, Georgia, where she utilized marketing tools to create paid search campaigns for clients in the tourism, education and nonprofit sectors.

Mia graduated from the University of Alabama with an MA in Advertising and Public Relations. She also pursued her passion for health and wellness at Alabama and earned a BSE in Exercise Science.

Little-known fact: Mia has completed an Olympic-distance triathlon, a half marathon, and a 100-mile bike race.
