Paul Mavrikes

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Paul oversees internal business operations at Adfero, serving as a member of the senior leadership team responsible for strategic planning initiatives.

Prior to joining the agency, Paul was the Director of Business Operations at the Bush School of Government and Public Service in Washington, D.C., at Texas A&M’s DC campus. Paul supervised the daily internal operations of the Bush School staff, directly overseeing the Information Technology, Human Resources, Facilities and Operations teams, in addition to the Business Office. Paul was among the inaugural staff members hired at Bush School DC and was responsible for long-term strategic planning for the facility and instrumental in establishing processes and procedures from the ground up.

Paul serves on the Board of Trustees at Bullis School in Potomac, Maryland, where he also holds the position of Chairman of the Alumni Board. Paul is also a member of the College of Behavioral & Social Sciences’ Board of Visitors at the University of Maryland, College Park and the Young Professionals Council of the First Tee of Greater Washington.

Paul earned a B.A. in Government and Politics (focus in US Government) with a Minor in History (focus in British History) from the University of Maryland, College Park. 

Little-known fact: Paul is an avid golfer, plays multiple instruments, and enjoys cheering on the Washington Nationals, Capitals and Commanders.
