Teressa Wykpisz-Lee

Senior Vice President, Public Affairs Practice Lead

As senior vice president, Teressa Wykpisz-Lee brings 19 years of experience in the public and private sectors around executive leadership and advising in brand reputation and strategic communications. Teressa has consulted multiple clients across public affairs and corporate communications throughout North America and around the globe. 

Most recently at Weber Shandwick, Teressa played a central role in building out their energy practice. She has worked in both the Biden and Obama Administrations where she led the Office of Strategic Communications at the U.S. General Services Administration. At GSA, she specialized in crisis communications and public relations, reforming perceptions of key stakeholders in the areas of Climate, Reentry to Work, Infrastructure, Technology, and Acquisitions. Additionally, she has served as Communications Director to the Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Energy and as a consultant at Exelon where she led change management and communications around cyber and physical security policy enhancements.  

Teressa has a Masters from Johns Hopkins University in Government and a BA/BS from Regis University in Marketing and Art.

Little-known fact: After swimming for most of her life, Teressa pivoted sports in college and picked up playing lacrosse.
