Celebrating Team Values

By Lauren Tyler, Chief of Staff

As another year ends, revenue milestones, new clients, and expanded capabilities often take front and center in a company’s list of achievements. At Adfero, while we celebrate these wins, we also emphasize our core values and the team members who embody them each day; these individuals are instrumental in our success and deserve recognition.

Adfero’s four core values of teamwork, responsibility, respect, and learning from mistakes are more than words written on a wall or catch phrases used in interviews and new business pitches. They are the guiding principles that shape our everyday actions and support our core purpose of creating opportunities for people to do what they do best.

    Values Shape Decision-Making

Adfero’s values guide internal and external decisions and actions, whether facing a client challenge or determining the best approach for a new project. When teams are aligned with shared values of teamwork and respect, it is easier to move forward cohesively, even in difficult situations.

    Values Inspire Creativity

Our teams are encouraged to think outside the box. When team members feel supported to take risks, try new things, and even make mistakes, creativity and innovation flourish.

    Values Cultivate Trust

With four core values as our foundation, Adfero teams operate with consistency – being responsible for results and success – which breeds trust with our clients and partners. Clients and team members alike know that their Adfero colleagues are trustworthy and act with integrity and follow-through, resulting in proven, long-term relationships and retention.

The Adfero POV

It is our people who bring Adfero’s values to life each day. In reflecting on the year, we are proud to recognize our 2024 value awards winners. Each individual’s dedication to living out our values helps make Adfero what it is today – a special place to work and a sought-after strategic communications partner. While we assess and establish next year’s business goals, four key objectives will remain – embodying teamwork, responsibility, respect, and learning from our mistakes.

Here’s to the values that guide us and the people who make them a reality.

Each year, Adfero team members nominate their peers for four value awards, Chris Battle Writing Award, and Jeff Mascott Award for Entrepreneurial Mindset. This year’s honorees were announced and celebrated at our end of year holiday party.
